[AD] Happy Feeding with Hills Science Plan Dog Food

*This post contains gifted content-I was also paid for my honest review*

Meet Lando-the cutest, clingiest, fussiest Patterdoodle in the land.

Little Lando-man has a habit of not eating his food unless you are eating with him, or personally feeding it to him from your hand. He also will lap something up one day and then turn his nose up at the exact same thing the next-at this point I think he's just doing it to get me to fuss over him. But thanks to the folks at Hills Science I might just be winning this feeding war.

For the last 10 days we've been feeding him Hills Science Plan Adult Advanced Fitness Light Medium with Chicken and HE'S ACTUALLY EATING IT!!! Now don't get me wrong it's not been some miraculous, overnight change in behaviour, he still likes to eat all his wet food first and then go back and graze on the dry a couple of times, but he's not leaving full bowls of food anymore and that's a win in my book.

I think my favourite (and least favourite) thing about Hills Science Plan food is that it smells like food! There are no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavourings-so it actually smells like something dog's find appetising. The first time I put it in Lando's bowl, this happened ...

I've done a bit of comparative research between Hills Science and, our previous food, Bakers Meaty Meals:

I think you can see the figures kind of speak for themselves here! I personally don't mind spending a little more on my dog's food if it means that his cute, squishy little face is getting a healthier food, that will provide him with more of the nutrients he needs in the long run.

Today we are on day 10 with Hills Science and me and Lando are both pretty happy with the new food. Now we've just to wait and see if claims of a softer, shinier coat are also true, and i'll update this post next month and let you all know. In the meantime if you fancy trying it out for yourself and your fluffy friends you can grab a selection of their products here.

I'll leave you with these images of Lando munching away, and a photobomb from my best pal.

Happy feeding!
